Entitlement is the belief that you deserve to be given something such as special privileges. Obviously, an environment with this type of issue is different from a culture that focuses on continues improvement. Here are some tips on how managers should handle entitlement problems at the workplace.

–          Make sure to communicate job expectations as well as rewards to employees in a very clear manner.

–          The company should be clear enough in stressing out what they are willing to share.

–          The management should immediately address the entitlement issue.
