But a recent study has pointed out that most Australian small businesses are suffering from lack of digital knowledge.

This lack of knowledge means that these businesses are losing lots of opportunities for making money.

According to Chris Duckett for zdnet.com, “A survey commissioned by PayPal Australia has reported that 57 percent of local businesses identify as having such low levels of digital literacy that it is preventing the business from operating more efficiently.”
