Handling unengaged employees is apparently one of the many challenges that mangers face these days. If you wish to inspire workers to be more focused on the customer and subsequently create a more fulfilling experience for everyone, you must draw some feedbacks directly from the voice of the customer.
· Mastery- Employees would like to feel that their skills are constantly being honed in their jobs.
· Membership- Workers in a company would also like to feel that they are part of the workplace and that everyone is working toward the same objective.
· Meaning- Employees need to feel that they part of a larger purpose.
