We are a small business in Colorado and having GREAT looking shirts is essential to our business! EPOLOS was phenomenal. Being a small business themselves, they take customer service very seriously! I contacted them to discuss 100 polo order with our logo. I was personally called back immediately and then sent my logo. Within an hour, I had that logo back for inspection prior to placing my order. I also ordered one shirt to make sure it was quality. The quality of the shirt, the phenomenal detail given to the stitched on logo, but as impressive is the Customer Service! The turn around on these shirts was less than a week! We love them! Just received our order today. Absolutely amazing how nice they turned out! We had previously done all of our business locally, which involved getting in the car and driving somewhere. Brian was able to do all of this over the internet! Not only was there no $128 digitizing fee (like my local embroiderer charges), but these shirts actually came out FAR better. Our logo has a lot of colors and our local guy made up some excuse as to why they did not turn out so well on previous orders -- he even had us change one of the colors (so it would 'match better'). We are VERY pleased and will do business again with Epolos.com. We recommend you do the same. We could not have gotten these any cheaper or faster locally and the service was actually much better!
