According to a recent survey conducted by the Chief Financial Officers in Singapore, the most common way to increase employee productivity is staff motivation. The study found out that 54% of finance leaders who participated in the survey rated motivating staff as very important in raising the employee engagement and productivity. At 49% percent, improving staff evaluation is considered the next most popular approach.
As compared to their regional counterparts, finance leaders in Singapore are among the most likely to choose motivation and the least likely to choose innovation when it comes to increasing employee productivity.
