I contacted Brian on June 8th about an order that I needed on hand no later than June 19th. That same day, he emailed me a proof, changed a shirt color for me, processed the order and we had our shirts in hand on the morning of June 17th, just in time for our international travel with CANDLES Holocaust Museum on the 20th.
