I was surfing the web trying to find a competent embroiderer, and boy did I strike a great find in Epolos. The prices are very fair and reasonable, however it is the quality of the work that really gets my praise. I plan on being a regular customer in the future. Another point in their favor is Brian, their sales person. He responds quickly to my emails and does his best to make the product that much better. Cudos to Epolos and keep up the great work.

Business support and ordering process are great. Brian was great to work with and responded very quickly to anything I needed. Our embroidery was simple text, although it was still large font and very readable which is very important in the commissary business. Total process took 13 days from the date of order to get shirts with the free shipping which including the preproduction verification, production, and shipment time is fairly reasonable. My manager had one complaint regarding the size of the Gildan G880 shirts - saying that they are on average larger than most polo shirts of the same sizing. Overall great service and products - we will be ordering again soon.
