Experts believe that employee happiness has a lot to do with their productivity in the workplace. Certainly, an employer can expect better output from a worker who is on a positive mood than from someone who is already having a bad day.
However, it is also stated that employee happiness does not equal to their engagement to their work. Therefore, showering workers with benefits does not guarantee their full productivity.
