You can keep the next brainstorming session from being taken over by disruptive employees by following a few simple tips.
Sometimes, more isn’t always better. If you want to avoid employees who you think would just create problems, it’s better to not invite them on your next brainstorming session. You can, however, still invite these employees to join the group when ideas have already been formed or selected.
