A pilot program called the Exergamers Wellness Club which was developed by Microsoft, the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging, Partners in Care Foundation, and the St. Barnabas Senior Services suggests that playing video games with Kinect, XBOX 360, and Microsoft HealthVault can help improve the health of many senior citizens.

These video games may also help boost a senior citizen’s social interaction and also improve their quality of life.
