Staying motivated and being productive can be very challenging. To increase your productivity at work, always create a plan and make sure to stick to it. Though important things may arise, the plan that you have created for yourself will help you get back on track.
Block out any distractions. Answering calls or opening your social media accounts can suck ten minutes or more of your time each day. If you have so many tasks to do for the day, always prioritize chunks of your day for very important tasks especially when you feel alert and productive. Most importantly, ask for help. Some of the work that eats up your time should be delegated to other people. Make use of other people around you. Leaning on each other for support can also foster trust and camaraderie among co-workers.
